Program Coordinator

Role Description

This is a part-time, hybrid role. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, developing, and managing programs under UCO’s "Fall Forward" initiative. Key responsibilities include planning and executing projects, overseeing daily program activities, engaging with stakeholders, and providing exceptional communication and support to ensure the success of program goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Program Management and Program Development, with the ability to create, implement, and evaluate effective initiatives
• Demonstrated experience in Project Management and the ability to organize and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
• Outstanding Customer Service skills to foster positive relationships and address the needs of program participants and partners
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative on-site team environment
• Passion for youth advocacy and experience working within educational or community-based programs is a plus
