. The Mobile Automation and Test team enables mobile developers to quickly and confidently deliver high‑quality, well‑tested builds. We build and maintain a reliable suite of automation tools and workflows that test a wide variety of mobile devices across multiple network configurations.

We’re seeking a software engineer passionate about building and supporting robust, high‑performance CI/CD and test infrastructure for mobile development. In this role you’ll design and maintain automation tools and workflows that streamline builds, integration, and deployment across diverse mobile devices. You’ll also develop systems for data collection, visualization, and real‑time monitoring to ensure the health and reliability of our pipelines and critical infrastructure.

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve the mobile build ecosystem, packaging, CI/CD, testing and release pipelines.
• Build tools that are part of our build and test automation infrastructure, focused on scalability and reliability.
• Create and develop techniques to automate manual activities in the mobile development process.
• Operate in a highly cross‑functional environment, leveraging multiple teams to help partners succeed.
• Set direction and build consensus to drive long‑term positive impact on the mobile engineering ecosystem.
• Advocate and drive adoption of software development best practices in code health, quality and test stability.

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining mobile testing infrastructure at scale (test automation frameworks, device management, test result reporting).
• Proven expertise in building and maintaining tools, frameworks, or infrastructure that improve developer productivity.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD systems (Spinnaker, Jenkins, Git Hub Actions) and automation frameworks for mobile applications.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript/Type Script, Node.js, Python, Bash).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions for complex challenges.
• Experience with mobile build systems (Gradle, xcodebuild, Bazel).

• Experience developing frontend web applications with modern UI frameworks (React).
