Provide front desk coverages, welcome and assist students, faculty, and staff; answer phones, provide office support and assistance to the Academic Affairs Office. Manage inventory, report needs to staff for ordering. Provide friendly, respectful customer services. Must have knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications- Ability to assist all incoming personnel in a friendly manner, providing accurate information or researching answers.
- Knowledge and experience with Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Pro.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Able to perform a variety of office support, professional phone skills, and handling of confidential content.
- Previous office experience helpful; strong customer service skills preferred.
- Student MUST be eligible for work study funding.
