Why does the job exist?
This position will provide administrative and routine secretarial support for Los Lunas Community Program Deputy Administrator and Residential Services department. Incumbent will perform general office functions that include general clerical duties, but not limited to; time keeping entries, minute taking for meetings, data entry, create and maintain spreadsheets as well as providing quality customer service.

The key responsibility for this position is to provide administrative and secretarial support.

This position will support management while ensuring that all customers/staff are provided quality customer service.

Experience providing high level quality customer service.
Minimum Qualification
Eighth grade education.
Employment Requirements
Employment is subject to a criminal background check and is conditional pending results. Must possess and maintain a valid New Mexico Driver's License. Must possess and maintain a current Defensive Driving Course Certificate from the State of New Mexico or must pass and receive a Defensive Driving Course Certificate as a condition of continued employment within 45 days of employment. Successful completion of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Working Conditions
Position will perform work primarily in an office setting with extensive computer usage, phone usage, and exposure to Visual/Video Display terminal (VDT) with extended periods of sitting. This position requires the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and some travel may be required. Exposure to individual's who can have challenging behaviors.
