Description

Familia Dental & Vivid Smiles provides a clinical environment with 100% autonomy, a comprehensive employment package including guarantees, % of production, sign-on bonuses, medical benefits, and sponsorship options. We utilize electronic records and digital x-rays, and support career growth through our Familia

U program. We have offices across Illinois, Indiana, New Mexico, Texas, and Wisconsin.

Summary of Compensation

  • Average earning potential $250,000-$550,000 (including new graduates)
  • Daily minimum guarantee
  • 30-35% of production paid on all services
  • Two weeks paid vacation in the first year, increasing over time
  • Sign-on bonus up to $90,000
  • Full medical benefits (including family)
  • Malpractice coverage
  • Sponsorship for H-1B, TN, and Green Card
  • $2,000 CE allowance per year
  • License reimbursement
  • Long-term incentive plan

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality dental care
  • Create treatment plans and coordinate oral health care
  • Review treatment plans with patients and obtain informed consent
  • Deliver quality dental treatments including restorations and extractions
  • Follow all federal, state, and local regulations including HIPAA and OSHA
  • Lead and support clinical staff
  • Maintain a positive attitude to foster a pleasant work environment
