Our client is seeking a Center Manager to lead a team of physical and occupational therapists. The ideal candidate will foster a positive work environment, ensure clinical excellence, and manage daily operations to drive profitability and achieve strategic goals.

The center manager will be splitting time between treating patients and managing the clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a positive workplace culture to boost team morale and retention.
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies.
  • Assist in budget development and strategic planning, focusing on achieving referral and marketing goals.
  • Manage physician, payer, and customer relationships.
  • Ensure profitability by interpreting financial metrics and addressing underperformance.
  • Supervise clinical staff to ensure top-quality patient care and effective caseload management.
  • Oversee staff training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain a clean, professional clinic environment.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations.
Compliance
  • Adhere to all state, federal, and client-specific standards.
  • Manage employee files, certifications, and annual trainings.
  • Conduct staff meetings, quality improvement programs, and compliance audits.
  • Ensure facility safety and maintenance, including equipment calibration and OSHA compliance.
Clinical
  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to state practice guidelines.
  • Document patient progress, medical necessity, and treatment plans.
  • Maintain open communication with patients, team members, and healthcare providers.
Qualifications
  • Leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and clinical decision-making.
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel).
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist patients as needed.
  • Current state licensure and CPR certification.
