Assistant Client Service Manager
United Business Bank

Location:

Albuquerque, NM (Onsite, no remote). Salary: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00.

United Business Bank is a publicly traded regional bank with over $2.5 B in assets and 34 offices in 5 states. We specialize in small to medium sized business clients and deliver outstanding customer service through a single‑point‑of‑contact model.

Responsibilities
  • Day‑to‑day management of the branch and backing up the Client Service Manager in their absence.
  • Oversee operation functions of the branch including Teller functions, New Account functions, and background operations tasks.
  • Actively cross‑sell bank products and services, supporting staff in cross‑selling efforts.
  • Review management reports and daily callbacks, solving problems associated with item and data processing.
  • Assist the Client Service Manager, Regional Branch Administrator, and the Director of Branch Administration with duties and projects as requested.
  • Ensure clients are served promptly, courteously, efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
  • Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a team environment.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Teller, New Account and Operations procedures; thorough understanding of banking regulations and standard banking practices.
  • Previous management experience and a minimum of 3 years bank experience in Operations Department.
  • Good communication skills; professional appearance, dress and attitude.
  • Good math skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office software package.
  • Ability to operate related computer hardware and other business equipment.
