. Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions. This may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required for these positions. They must work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, carriers, and productively with little/some supervision, be detail-oriented, and have proven time management skills.
They must demonstrate a high level of integrity at all times and remain focused on store-specific business objectives while supporting key operational responsibilities. Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
- Assist customers with order status inquiries and direct them to the appropriate store departments or merchandise.
- Support non-sales functions to ensure accurate and efficient store operations.
- Handle cash management or program compliance as required.
- Collaborate with associates, vendors, and carriers to fulfill customer orders and maintain store standards.
- Maintain attention to detail and time management to meet operational objectives.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work with limited supervision.
- High level of integrity and reliability in handling store operations.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to respond to operational concerns of all associates.
