The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, acting as a guide on our customer’s beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides training to support your knowledge and growth. Bring your passion and personality – we will handle the rest!

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible availability to meet scheduling needs.
• Clear communication skills.
• Ability to apply product knowledge in customer service.
• Ability to read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors.
• Physical exertion includes standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working around moving parts and chemicals.
