Sales Representative, Business Development
Base pay range
$50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr
Responsibilities- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and business meetings across Southern Colorado and El Paso.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients to illustrate the benefits of our financial and accounting services.
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Provide feedback and after-sales support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and cultivating long-term relationships.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role within the Food industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to travel regularly across Southern Colorado and El Paso.
- Self‑motivated, with a results‑driven approach and ability to work independently.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- A valid driver s license is required for this role.
