Entry Level CDL-A Dedicated Driver - Paid Training

For CDL-A drivers with limited recent experience, this opening provides paid behind-the-wheel training followed by a dedicated position with weekly home time.

The paid training stage runs about 3-5 weeks and includes 200-250 behind-the-wheel hours. New Mexico trainees earn $800 per week. Orientation is no more than two days and pays $300 upon hire.

Expect weekly home time with a 34-hour restart. This operation uses rotating day/night schedules and requires weekends plus all holidays.

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours from an accredited truck driving school
• CDL-A trainees with less than 6 months of recent driving experience are welcome
• Solid employment history without major unemployment gaps
• Acceptable MVR and driving record required
• Must pass a DOT-compliant pre-employment drug test
• Must meet all applicable driver qualification and hiring requirements
• Must be available for required schedules, weekends and holidays
