Production Worker

Johma, the largest salad maker in the Netherlands, is looking for a motivated Production Worker to join their team in Losser. In this role, you'll be crucial to the production process and ensure that everything runs smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, with plenty of room for growth and development.

• Collecting and mixing raw materials
• Packing delicious salads
• Preparing pallets for shipment
• Supporting the production process as needed

• Morning shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Night shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

• Full-time availability for 3 shifts
• Experience in the food industry is a plus
• Able to work in a cool environment

• Gross starting salary of €15.61 per hour
• Pay increase after just 9 months
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
• A year-end bonus of 3%
• Free salads every Thursday
• The possibility of a permanent contract if you perform well
