Production, Production Associate ​/ Production Line

Johma, the largest salad maker in the Netherlands, is looking for a motivated Production Employee to join their team in Losser
. In this role, you will play a key part of the production process and ensure everything runs smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast‑paced environment with plenty of room for growth and development.

• Collecting and mixing raw materials.
• Packing delicious salads.
• Preparing pallets for shipment.
• Supporting the production process as needed.

Work schedule

• Morning shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
• Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
• Night shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

• Full‑time availability for all three shifts.
• Experience in the food industry is a plus.
• Ability to work in a cool environment.
• Enthusiasm and motivation to get the job done.

• Gross starting salary of €15.61 per hour.
• Pay increase after just 9 months.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre.
• Year‑end bonus of 3 %.
• Free salads every Thursday.
• Possibility of a permanent contract if performance is good.
