Your Role
Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Manage appointments, bookings, and meeting room schedules
Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and document preparation
Monitor visitor sign-in procedures and maintain security protocols
Assist customers with enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Maintain office supplies and order stock when required
Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role.

Previous reception, customer service, or front-of-house experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Competent in Microsoft Office applications

Good time management and attention to detail
