East Midlands Based | Salary:
Up to £45,000 + Annual Bonus

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant?
Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join a large and established manufacturing business in the East Midlands. Supporting senior leadership, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of executive functions, managing complex schedules, coordinating key business activities, and acting as a trusted point of contact. If you are highly organised, proactive, and have previous Executive Assistant experience, this could be an excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing organisation.

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives and leadership teams.
- Manage complex diaries, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure efficient use of executive time.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting documentation to a high standard.
- Act as a key point of contact between senior leadership, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and organise meetings, conferences, and company events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes where required.
- Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Support key business projects and initiatives through effective administration and coordination.
- Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations by anticipating needs, resolving issues, and providing proactive support.
- Be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrate a proactive and professional approach to work.
- Possess excellent problem‑solving and prioritisation skills.
- Thrive in a fast‑paced business environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
