Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets across software licences, maintenance, bureau processing (where we run services on behalf of customers) and consultancy.
• Run product demonstrations, building your confidence over time and knowing when to bring in colleagues for extra support.
• Build trusted relationships with prospects, making sure handovers to delivery teams are smooth and well-managed.
• Respond quickly to enquiries, sharing feedback and insights that help improve how the whole team works.

• Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales and account management in the UK, with a good understanding of selling software, including ERP software.
• Confidence working both independently and as part of a wider team, with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
• Clear and persuasive communication skills across phone, email, written content and presentations.
• Comfortable using technology such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce (CRM), social selling tools and market mapping.
