£65,000 – £80,000 DOE plus annual bonus, profit share, company car/allowance, hybrid working, progression.

Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, Coalville, Shepshed, Ashby‑de‑la‑Zouch, Melton Mowbray, Long Eaton, Castle Donington, Beeston, Burton upon Trent, Market Harborough, Hinckley, Nuneaton, Tamworth and surrounding areas).

Hybrid working arrangement – three days in office, two days home or site.

A rare opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Director to join a fast‑growing electrical contractor in a brand‑new role, taking ownership of the commercial function while shaping the future growth of the business.

• Prepare and price electrical tenders.
• Develop new business opportunities and client relationships.
• Manage project costs from tender through to final accounts.
• Work closely with Contracts Managers during project delivery.
• Support the commercial growth and strategy of the business.

• Experience pricing commercial electrical projects.
• Electrical background (qualifications or site experience).
• Commercial management and business development experience.
• Strong client‑facing and negotiation skills.
• Ambitious and motivated to help grow a business.
