Job Description PURPOSEThe England Women pathway is seeking an innovative and development-focused Performance Analyst to support the England Women U19 programme and wider Cricket Intelligence function on a project and campaign basis. This role is designed as a flexible, high-impact consultancy position aligned to key camps, competitions, overseas tours, scouting projects and strategic intelligence initiatives across the England Women pathway. This is not a traditional reporting role focused solely on coding and post-match analysis.
The project centres around accelerating player learning, improving cricket IQ and building modern intelligence systems that better connect coaching, scouting, tactical insight and player development. The role would suit an analyst who enjoys operating dynamically across performance support, education, innovation and intelligence strategy within elite sport, including the demands of occasional overseas touring and high-intensity camp environments.
The England and Wales Cricket Board is the national governing body for all cricket in England and Wales, supporting the game at every level – from grassroots to professional.

You’ll enjoy this role if you are curious about intelligence, scouting and talent identification, and are motivated by connecting information from multiple sources to support better development and selection decisions.
You’ll excel in this role if you enjoy operating in dynamic, high-performance environments, balancing frontline support at camps and tours with longer‑term innovation projects that shape the future of England Women’s pathway system.
