This position is full time and fixed term until 27 August 2027 or the earlier return of the post holder. (Maternity cover)

Here’s more about the role and what we’re looking for:

To be responsible for raising awareness of Loughborough University within the external marketplace and contribute towards the University’s student recruitment objectives through the delivery of targeted and impactful outreach activities. Using data, insight and professional experience, the postholder will identify opportunities to develop meaningful, inclusive and high-impact interventions that increase participation and progression among students from under-represented groups.

The successful candidate will take ownership of delivering Access interventions outlined within the University’s Access and Participation Plan, ensuring that all activities are effectively planned, delivered, monitored and evaluated. They will be responsible for measuring impact, analysing outcomes, and producing timely, evidence-based reports to inform future practice and strategic decision-making.

The postholder will be expected to work flexibly and independently, whilst contributing positively as part of a wider team. This role will involve some evening and weekend work, as well as travel across the UK to support outreach and recruitment activities.
