Our client, a materials and aggregates provider is seeking an organised Contract Coordinator in Loughborough, to help provide administration support across their team. The position will entail working with a wider project team to ensure projects are planned out and delivered to schedule, including resource planning, plant and material allocation and updated of systems to track cost and spend.

The applicable individual will be used to working within the Construction sector or similar, assisting with the organisation if site labour, materials and plant, ideally within a surfacing and civil engineering environment.

The role is set to last until the end of the year, although it is likely that this could be extended, or that a permanent position can also be discussed.

Daily duties will include but are not limited to:

• Working with Project Teams and multiple stakeholders to plan and coordinate construction activities
• Allocating resources and updating plans to help track and control cost and programmes
• Managing and update systems such as SAP systems
• Raising and processing orders for plant, repairs and maintenance, alongside a commercial team
