Nicholas Associates Group Limited is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a full-time permanent role based in the outskirts of Loughborough. Salary is circa £28,000 per annum and hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm or 9am to 5:30pm; office-based position.
You will report to the Customer Service Manager, manage returns, investigate product issues and maintain exceptional service levels while working with CRM and ERP systems to keep customer records accurate.
