Charnwood Borough Council is seeking a proactive, customer-focused individual to join our Customer Experience team as a Complaints Investigation Support Officer. This part-time role (20 hours per week) supports complaint investigation officers with administrative and customer-facing tasks.
You'll log complaints, process emails and files, maintain records, and ensure responses meet policy requirements, enabling a smooth, efficient corporate complaints process.
