Loughborough University is seeking a personable Customer Service Assistant to join Loughborough Sport. You will be the friendly first point of contact at the reception, handling inquiries in person and by phone, and you will book clubs, sports and facilities across campus using our software.
The role is part-time (33.26 hours per week) with shift patterns including mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
