The Role

As an Early Career Teacher, you’ll deliver engaging lessons, support pupil progress, and develop your classroom practice with the backing of experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering lessons aligned with the primary curriculum

• Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment

• Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching accordingly

• Working closely with mentors and year group teams

• Contributing to the wider life of the school
