A welcoming and community-focused Primary School is seeking an Assistant Headteacher to join its senior leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced middle leader or current assistant headteacher looking to make a meaningful impact within a supportive and values-driven school.

• Supporting the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the school
• Working closely with the headteacher and senior leadership team
• Contributing to teaching and learning, inclusion and school improvement priorities
• Supporting staff development, mentoring and performance management
• Helping to maintain a positive, inclusive and ambitious school culture

• Experienced middle leaders ready to step into senior leadership
• Current assistant headteachers seeking a new challenge
• Leaders with a strong understanding of primary education and inclusion
• Practitioners who value collaboration, relationships and high expectations
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven leadership experience within a primary setting
• Strong understanding of teaching, learning and school improvement
• Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and pupil wellbeing
• Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
