Sessional Enrolment Officer

Overview

Loughborough College Group are looking for reliable, enthusiastic staff to enrol students during the summer of 2026. Students will be enrolled using a variety of computerised software systems, so ensuring the accuracy of data is absolutely crucial to this role. The successful candidates will also assist in other duties as required, so flexibility and an adaptable approach are key requisites. • Enroll students using computerised software systems, ensuring that data is accurate.
• Input student qualifications with due diligence and attention to detail.
• Be confident and a reassuring presence to potential students in all enrolment locations.
• Good IT skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Highly organised person who can work quickly and accurately.
• Experience of working to clearly defined rules and processes.

The successful candidate will be employed by The Leicestershire College, a subsidiary company of Loughborough College Group. Employees of the Leicestershire College are based at one of the campuses of Loughborough College Group. You will be working varied hours across this period – up to 40 hours per week at peak times (on a flexible working basis between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.) on a shift pattern basis – starting on or around 10 August until on or around 11 September 2026. Dates are subject to change and will be confirmed close to the start date for successful candidates.
