We’re recruiting for an experienced Plumbing Lecturer to join Loughborough College Group, based at Stephenson College. This role involves delivering high‑quality teaching, learning and assessment for students across a range of plumbing qualifications, helping them develop both practical skills and theoretical knowledge.

• Support learners through their programme and the specific qualification aims within.
• Write schemes of work and lesson and review plans.
• Devise and implement a learning and assessment plan for each individual learner.
• Devise and produce materials for use by learners.

• A recognised qualification in Plumbing (Level 3 or above)
• Relevant industry experience
• A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
• Knowledge of current industry standards and health & safety regulations
