The role and what were looking for The successful candidate will join the Work and Organisation discipline group. We are specifically looking someone with research and teaching expertise and a PhD in Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, or Organisation Studies. We particularly welcome candidates whose work connects with the Groups and Schools research themes and future ambitions. You will contribute to the Groups vibrant research culture, have evidence of published or publishable or a pipeline of papers in high-quality academic outlets relevant to OB/HRM, the Work and Organisation Groups research interests and the Loughborough Business Schools research themes around leadership and responsible management;

employee well-being, inclusion and the future of work; sustainable development; and digital futures and responsible AI. We welcome candidates with evidence of ability to teach effectively across both Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level within the UK. This post is available on a full-time open-ended basis. Hybrid working is also available, with a mix of working in the office and from home.
