Morgan Hunt is currently recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Travel & Tourism Lecturer to join a leading Further Education college.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Travel & Tourism professional to inspire and support learners while delivering high-quality teaching across Travel & Tourism programmes.

As a Travel & Tourism Lecturer, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging Travel & Tourism lessons.
• Teach students across relevant Travel & Tourism qualifications and programmes.
• Assess learner work and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor learner progress and support students to achieve their full potential.
• Develop engaging learning materials and contribute to curriculum development.
• Create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience teaching Travel & Tourism within an FE college or similar education setting.
• A relevant qualification or degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality or a related subject
  .
• A recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE, Cert Ed, DET, QTLS or QTS is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of the Travel & Tourism sector.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting learners and helping them achieve their goals.

Industry experience within travel, tourism, aviation, hospitality, airlines or tour operations would also be welcomed.
