CAD Designer – Mechanical & Civil | £32,000
Leicestershire & Nottinghamshire | Accessible from Derby, Burton, Tamworth, Nottingham and Leicester
Required Tools- Autodesk
- AutoCAD
- Revit
– The Role
- Produce accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings using AutoCAD, Revit or similar software
- Create layouts, models, construction details, reinforcement schedules and pipework/mechanical diagrams
- Support engineers with design updates, documentation and project coordination
- Assist with site surveys using both drone and traditional surveying methods
- Work methodically to meet deadlines while maintaining high drawing standards
- 3+ years’ experience as a CAD Designer (Mechanical, Civil, Utilities, Energy, Oil & Gas, or related sectors)
- Strong AutoCAD skills; experience with Autodesk tools such as Revit, Plant 3D, Navisworks or Recap is beneficial
- Engineering background with relevant qualifications (Mechanical or Civil bias preferred)
