Are you an experienced Engineering Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Planner, or Project Scheduler looking to join a successful and growing engineering manufacturer?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well‑established Leicestershire‑based engineering business specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of bespoke fabrications and containers for a diverse customer base across the UK.

As Engineering Project Manager, you will lead multiple engineering and manufacturing projects from initial customer order through to installation and commissioning.

You will act as the key point of contact for customers and internal departments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.

• Manage engineering projects from conception through to installation and commissioning
• Coordinate project schedules, timelines, resources, and documentation
• Work closely with sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Manage multiple manufacturing and engineering projects simultaneously
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and delivery milestones
• Create and maintain project plans and project documentation
• Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships throughout project delivery
• Ensure projects comply with customer specifications and quality standards

To be successful in this Engineering Project Manager role, you may have experience working as a:

• Engineering Project Manager
• Manufacturing Project Manager
• Project Coordinator
• Project Planner
• Project Scheduler
• Engineering Coordinator
• Project Engineer

You will also ideally have:

• Previous project management, project coordination, or project scheduling experience within engineering or manufacturing
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Experience with in electrical engineering projects would be advantageous but not essential
