As our new Site Project Engineer, you will be a vital technical driver behind the design, installation, and execution of high‑impact capital projects that keep our high‑speed manufacturing sites at the cutting edge. You will join us as a key active member of our vibrant engineering community, local site technical team, and multi‑functional project teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute capital projects from concept to commissioning, ensuring every design and installation delivers safe, secure, and environmentally responsible results.
- Rally and engage cross‑functional project team members, encouraging them to take proactive ownership of assigned tasks and collaborate effectively to hit milestones.
- Balance multiple priorities, including direct project execution, multi‑disciplinary functional support, and continuous self‑development to actively grow within the role and the engineering function.
- Contribute to a high‑performing site environment that champions safety, open communication, mutual trust, and psychological safety.
- Comply with, reinforce, and champion all site and global safety, security, and environmental policies (HSE) on every project.
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline).
- Experience in a comparable technical engineering position within fast‑paced industries such as food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or FMCG.
- Deep, foundational/functional understanding of core engineering principles across multiple disciplines (Process, Packaging, Electrical, Construction, or Computer/Digital Services) to guide complex site project decisions.
- Proven ability to work in team environments, influence cross‑functional stakeholders, and drive projects to successful completion.
