Aquatics GB is the national governing body for aquatic sports in Great Britain and is responsible internationally for the performance and management of all international British Teams.

• Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of British and home international events, ensuring that events are delivered to the highest standard while fulfilling contractual rights for valued partners.
• Manage and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines; be prepared for occasional unsociable hours, including weekends, with long periods actively moving around the venues during events.
• Lead the Senior Events & Partnerships Officer and the Events Officer, providing overall management responsibility.
• Build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, leveraging excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.

• Passionate, proactive and inspiring team leadership, with strong organisational, communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritise workloads, meet deadlines, and work during unsociable hours when required.
• Experience in event management and partnership development, ensuring high-quality delivery of events.
