About the Role:
This is a high-impact position within the finance function, ideal for a commercially astute finance professional with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for driving process improvement. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial operations, developing a high-performing finance team, ensuring robust cash flow forecasting and supporting the strategic financial planning process.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the production of monthly management accounts and all aspects of the month-end process Lead, manage and develop the finance team, ensuring clarity of roles, expectations and performance standards Review and oversee transactional finance processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Maintain adherence to financial processes in line with relevant regulatory requirements Build strong relationships with non-finance stakeholders, supporting budgeting and financial planning across departments Enhance financial systems, controls, and reporting frameworks Take ownership of cash flow forecasting and working capital management Deliver insightful financial analysis to support business-wide decision-making
About You:
ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified Proven experience in a senior finance role, with a strong track record of team leadership Exceptional skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Demonstrated strength in cash flow forecasting Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools A strong communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels Emotionally intelligent leader with a collaborative and motivational management style Highly organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively A proactive and solution-focused mindset, with a strong emphasis on process improvement and regulatory compliance What’s on
Offer:
Competitive salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum plus bonus and package 25 days holiday bank holidays Newly refurbished modern office environment
