Corporate Tax Senior in a top 25 Accountancy Practice in Woking, Surrey! Responsibilities and Duties As a Corporate Tax Senior, you will be working collaboratively within the corporate tax team to deliver high standard work for a portfolio of clients ranging from SME's to OMBs. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Hold a portfolio of business tax clients, ensuring compliance and building client relationships. Work closely with Managers and Directors to ensure work is completed matching the firms high quality standard. Assist with the advise of corporates on business and tax requirements, including succession planning, remuneration planning, and capital expenditure timing. Focus on business tax while having knowledge of other tax areas affecting entrepreneurs, such as Business Asset Disposal Relief and Business Property Relief.

Advise on tax elements of equity incentivization, such as the EMI option scheme. Engage in networking, proposals, and growing the corporate tax portfolio. Requirements Candidates will need to be either ACA/ACCA equivalent and/or CTA qualified or at final stages of their qualification.
