Finance Manager | Central Manchester (3 days in office) | £60,000 - £65,000 Axon Moore have exclusively partnered with an iconic brand in Manchester, a real market leader in their industry who are looking for a qualified Finance Manager to join their team on a full time permanent basis. Due to international expansion, this role is newly created for an ambitious.

driven individual who can have a real impact on both reporting & systems, a large part of the role encompasses business partnering with Dept managers.

You will manage a small team and report into an exceptional ACA qualified mentor.

Responsibilities include:

Oversee the month end process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. This will include P&L analysis and full balance sheet reconciliations Manage 2 direct reports Working capital management and cash forecasting Capital investment appraisal and review Support with the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process to support the decision making process Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, and present information clearly, through different methods, to finance and non-finance professionals Validating and distributing commercial and customer information within the business on a timely basis Prepare management reports for senior leadership and external stakeholders Review and continually develop and enforce financial policies and procedures Support in any financial due diligence requests Ideal candidate:
