We're partnering with a highly respected organisation to recruit a Finance Support Officer to join their established Accounts Receivable team. You'll primarily manage a commercial sales ledger, building strong customer relationships, resolving queries and driving cash collection, whilst also supporting the wider Accounts Receivable function when required.

• Managing your own commercial sales ledger
• Chasing outstanding debt by telephone, email and written correspondence
• Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Resolving payment queries
• Escalating more complex cases where appropriate
• Supporting the wider Accounts Receivable team during busy periods
• Helping improve collection performance and customer service
