And they have now got to the stage where they would like to create this role to head up the Accounts Department and work with the MD to shape the business for the future.

• Ownership of the reporting process on company sales,with a bird’s eye view of company performance and strategy
• Presenting key analysis in the forecasting and budgeting process to the MD
• Production of commercial plans with a forensic approach to promote clarity
• Consistently drive growth and revenue within the finance team
• Creation of financial models and templates for product analysis throughout the business
