Charnwood Borough Council in Leicestershire is recruiting for a Service Charges Project Officer to lead a new project to introduce service charging to over 5,000 council-rented homes. The role is fixed term to March 2028, with an estimated project duration of 18 months.
We are seeking a competent, customer-focused individual with knowledge of Housing Law and the ability to analyse complex data and present information clearly to stakeholders.
