Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Healthcare Clinical is recruiting a Registered Manager for a reputable care provider with over 90% of their homes rated "Good" by CQC. They offer the highest standards of residential and dementia care. The Registered Manager will manage the elderly dementia care home with 20+ residents, providing respite, dementia, and residential care.
Registered Manager Duties:

* Oversee daily operations, ensuring safe, effective care

* Protect residents from harm and abuse

* Manage risk for service users

* Ensure proper medication management

* Conduct quality and safety checks

* Handle MCA assessments and DOLS applications

* Assess and meet residents' dietary needs

* Promote social activities

Registered Manager Requirements:

* Must be a CQC Registered Manager

* NVQ 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership or RMA equivalent
