Contract:

Full-time, Permanent. This Level 7 role is suited to an experienced clinician with expertise in both speech and language therapy and dysphagia management.

• Assess, diagnose, and treat service users with complex needs; deliver individual and group therapy; lead on specialist dysphagia management.
• Supervise junior staff and students; support service development; contribute to audits and research.

• Degree in Speech and Language Therapy with HCPC and RCSLT registration
• Completion of RCSLT Level C / EDS Level 5 Dysphagia Competencies
• Strong evidence of CPD and specialist training
• Experience managing a complex caseload independently
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Flexible, resilient, and committed to safeguarding adults
