The role spans hospice, community and hospital settings, with an on-call rota and flexible working to meet service needs.
For the Band 8a ACP, a Master’s level ACP, non-medical prescribing and experience with complex paediatric cases are expected; trainees must be on a recognized ACP pathway and committed
