Overview

• Partner with senior leaders to deliver people strategies and initiatives aligned to business priorities and growth objectives.
• Lead and support organisational change initiatives, ensuring change is effectively implemented, adopted and embedded.
• Provide expert guidance on organisational design, talent development, leadership capability, culture and performance.
• Use people data and insights to identify trends, inform recommendations and support effective decision-making.
• Coach and challenge leaders to build capability, improve team effectiveness and drive positive employee outcomes.
• Collaborate with Employee Success Centres of Excellence and key stakeholders to deliver consistent and impactful people solutions.

• Proven experience as an HR, People or Employee Success Business Partner
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver people priorities and support organisational change
• Strong capability across organisational design, change management, talent and employee experience
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
• Strong analytical skills and experience using people data to inform decisions and measure impact
• Experience working in a high-growth technology, SaaS or similarly fast-paced environment.
