CIMSPA is seeking an experienced People & Culture Advisor to join our ambitious team. You’ll provide expert HR advice across the employee lifecycle, coaching managers and helping shape a positive workplace that enables people to flourish.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you’ll support with employee relations, documentation, policy implementation and data-driven insights to inform decisions. This part-time role is based at the Loughborough office with flexible hours.
