Location: Prestwold Driving Centre
Salary: From £35,000 pro-rata
Hours: 8:30am-5.30pm | 2-3 days per week
Job type: Temporary with scope to be Permanent

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly capable HR Manager to join our organisation on a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential for a Full Time position. This is a critical role requiring a confident HR professional with proven expertise in organisational restructuring and change management.
You will play a key role in supporting a period of transformation, ensuring that business objectives are delivered alongside a fair, compliant, and people-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support organisational restructuring initiatives, including consultations, redundancies, and redeployment processes
- Provide expert HR advice to senior leadership on complex employee relations matters
- Manage end-to-end change management processes, ensuring compliance with UK employment law
- Partner with stakeholders to implement new organisational designs and workforce plans
- Coach and support managers through change, building capability and confidence
- Review and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practice
- Ensure clear communication and engagement throughout periods of change
- CIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum, Level 7 preferred)
- Demonstrable experience leading company restructuring or transformation programmes
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Confident handling complex and sensitive employee relations cases
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior level
- Resilient, pragmatic, and solutions-focused approach
- Previous experience in a fast-paced or scaling organisation
