i-Jobs is seeking an ICT Service Delivery Manager (IT) to lead the day-to-day delivery of ICT services at a public-sector style organisation in Leicestershire, UK. Hybrid work is available, with three in-office days and two remote days, starting ASAP on a temporary 78-week contract.
You will monitor SLAs/KPIs, manage ICT suppliers, drive service improvements, and contribute to digital transformation while ensuring governance, risk, and cyber security standards are upheld.
