Working at the heart of our Organisational Development & Change Directorate,you'llplay a key role in delivering one of the University's strategic priorities.

You'llbe responsible for influencing anddeliveringa core pillar ofthe University's Digital and AI Skills Strategy: creatinga clear visionfor capability development while ensuring it translates into meaningful changes in practice. This is a role for someone who enjoys thinking strategically but is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to make things happen.

Working in partnership with colleagues from across the University,you'llidentifycurrent and future capability needs, design innovative development approaches, and build a compelling programme of learning and support that helps people confidently adopt digital and AI technologies in their everyday work. You'lluse insight,evidence and emerging trends to continually evolve the University's approach, ensuring itremainsrelevant,inclusive and impactful.

Success in this roleisn'tmeasured simply by the learning you create - it'sabout the confidence,behaviour sand ways of working you help embed across the organisation. You'll influence senior leaders, work alongside technical experts, champion responsible AI adoption and help create a culture where continuous learning and digital curiosity become part of how we work.
