Key Responsibilities The Commercial Account Executive will join an expanding team to take ownership of your own client portfolio. Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing tailored insurance solutions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction Proactively manage policy renewals to maximise retention Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries and claims Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and market developments Consistently achieve and exceed agreed performance targets About You Proven experience as a Commercial Account Executive with a successful track record of managing a client portfolio Strong knowledge of the commercial insurance market Passionate about delivering outstanding client service Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident using insurance CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for client meetings What they Offer Competitive salary with uncapped performance-based bonuses Support to achieve further CII and industry-recognised qualifications Private medical insurance Workplace pension scheme 25 days' holiday entitlement Free on-site parking A collaborative, supportive, and ambitious working environment with genuine career progression opportunities
