As National LTL/FTL Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and profitable growth across the national LTL/FTL business. You will ensure seamless transportation operations, high service quality, and continuous productivity improvements while developing a strong and sustainable carrier network. Acting as a key interface between Operations, Sales, and external partners, you will support business growth initiatives, strengthen customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with company standards and operational best practices.

• Drive profitable growth and operational performance within national LTL/FTL operations
• Ensure high service quality and effective deviation management to improve customer satisfaction
• Improve operational processes and increase productivity within dispatch and operations teams
• Develop and manage a strong carrier management strategy with subcontractors and transport partners
• Support Sales teams by enabling operational solutions for new business opportunities
• Monitor operational KPIs, analyse performance trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company standards, operational procedures, and quality requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to strengthen operational efficiency and service reliability

• Strong European LTL/FTL market knowledge and operational experience
• Solid understanding of national LTL/FTL transportation and logistics operations
• Experience working with Transport Management Systems (TMS) and MS Office applications
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to identify and implement operational improvements
• International and open-minded approach beyond domestic operational standards
• Strong teamwork and stakeholder management capabilities across all organisational levels
• Hands-on mentality with the ability to react effectively in challenging operational situations
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment
