Job Title: Stores Operative

Location: East Leake, Loughborough

Job Type: Permanent/Fixed-Term Contract

Hours: 40 hours per week

The Stores Operative role is based within our customer site. Reporting to the Onsite Manager you will work collaboratively with the customer’s engineering team.

The role covers the management of the stores, stock control, managing deliveries, repair items, and packing and shipping out parts. You will work as the face of Hayley on‑site and communicate confidently with the customer.

• Manage the stores and ensure accurate stock control.
• Coordinate deliveries and repair items.
• Pack and ship parts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the customer.

• Engineering or manufacturing sector experience (preferable).
• Warehouse / stores background with stock checking experience.
• Full driving licence (preferable).
• Customer focused with high level of service orientation.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and numerical skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage time.
